Job Overview

The Accounting Manager leads and develops the accounting team while actively contributing to the completion of daily, monthly, and annual accounting tasks. This role is responsible for ensuring accurate and timely financial reporting, maintaining strong internal controls, and supporting operational and strategic objectives. In addition to guiding and mentoring team members, the Accounting Manager takes a hands‑on role in performing critical accounting activities, fostering a collaborative environment where leadership and active participation go hand in hand.

• 7+ years of progressive accounting experience, including multi‑site operations.
• Strong background in financial reporting, forecasting and budgeting.
• Preferred experience in the automotive and dealership industry.
• Ability to travel to dealership sites within the region as needed.
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment with competing deadlines.
