Cornerstone Caregiving is the largest privately owned in‑home care company, growing to over 400 offices across 42 states in 6 years. With a focus on giving our seniors the option to age in place, we are expanding our presence across the country and are seeking out an elite leader to spearhead the growth of this branch.

• Develop and execute a marketing plan to establish Cornerstone as the preferred in‑home care provider.
• Cultivate and manage relationships with referral partners (hospitals, hospices, senior living, etc.).
• Hire and onboard new team members and ensure all shifts are properly staffed; monitor on‑call responsibilities as calls come from clients, caregivers and partners.
• Build strong client relationships, conduct intakes, and ensure client satisfaction.
• Oversee office budget that is reflected in profit and loss statements.
• Creating the workplace of choice for your territory, setting your own standard through incentivizing, motivating, and setting the tone of your team morale.

• A proven leader with previous experience managing a team
• Success with meeting sales and business development goals
• Ability to work autonomously in a fast‑paced environment
• Experience with direct recruitment, hiring and oversight of staff
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Base salary with 20% quarterly cash profit share
