The Hospital Operations Manager supports the development and implementation of significantly complex initiatives that support the delivery of high quality, cost effective patient care through activities based on dedication to excellence, strategic vision/goals and objectives, effective leadership, financial stability and promotes company culture. The Manager serves as a liaison between patients and/or their families, hospital staff, administration, and practitioners; works with leadership to create and implement patient satisfaction, employee engagement and provider engagement improvement strategies;
ensures use of standardized project management methodologies, processes and tools; delivers within approved budget, schedule and meets quality standards.
- Leads operational initiatives and project teams for completion of significantly complex MHS initiatives, meeting time and budget requirements; manages the full project lifecycle including all the complexities and risks.
- Develops and monitors performance indicators related to compliance; reviews, interprets, and communicates relevant company policy updates; ensures compliance with all policies and procedures.
- Works with administration team to develop business strategies designed to meet organizational goals.
- Maintains operational expenses and volume plans to achieve operational margin.
- Oversees staff providing direction and guidance and administers management functions within the provisions of Multi Care policies and standards and federal, state and local regulations.
- Develops and updates department business plan and goals consistent with the facility's strategic business plan, mission and vision.
- Five (5) years of recent work experience in a healthcare setting performing any combination of duties in support of program/project planning, development, coordination or operations improvement, strategic planning, data analysis or community development.
- Three (3) years of experience in a supervisory or lead capacity.

- Master's degree in Healthcare Administration.
- Three (3) years of applicable work experience required.
