Aaron’s, Inc. is seeking a Regional Manager to lead daily operations for 8–10 stores across the Tacoma region. You will drive sales, oversee asset management, and develop store teams to achieve revenue targets while ensuring compliance and strong customer experience.
Responsibilities include talent development, performance coaching, P&L oversight, inventory control, and coordinating with marketing to execute regional campaigns. A bachelor’s degree or 5 years multi-unit management is preferred.
