Multi Care Cancer Institute is a physician-led, multi-specialty group within Multi Care Health System, delivering integrated hematology, oncology, radiation, surgical and supportive care across Washington state. Each year, we diagnose and treat more than 6,000 new cancer cases across Olympia, Spokane, Tacoma and Yakima. We bring together advanced pathology, imaging and evidence-based treatment with holistic supportive services to provide personalized, high-quality cancer care.
As we continue to grow, we are building the Pacific Northwest’s most comprehensive and high-value oncology network—projected to double in volume over the next five years.

The Clinic Manager II drives excellence in patient experience, employee and provider engagement, fiscal responsibility, consistent with Multi Care’s core values. The role may oversee other leaders in addition to staff. This role often involves regular travel to and rounding in assigned clinics.
Responsibilities- This individual is responsible for all administrative functions of the practice location(s) including operations, marketing, and finance.
- The Clinic Manager II partners with senior leaders on key areas such as physician production, compensation, scheduling, charge capture/ reimbursement inquiries, referral processing, human resource management, medical and business information systems, ancillary services, general operations and strategic planning and development.
- The distinction between Clinic Manager I and II is based on the scope and span of control, with the Clinic Manager II overseeing broader or more complex operations.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required
- 5 yrs exp in a professional or technical role/function
- 3 yrs exp in a supervisory or lead capacity
- Consideration may be given to internal candidates not meeting the minimum qualifications

Pay and Benefit ExpectationsWe provide a comprehensive benefits package, including competitive salary, medical, dental and retirement benefits and paid time off.
The pay scale is $88,691.20 - $ USD. However, pay is influenced by factors specific to applicants, including but not limited to: skill set, level of experience, and certification(s) and/or education. If this position is associated with a union contract, pay will be reflective of the appropriate step on the pay scale to which the applicant’s years of experience align.
