Job Title: Entry-Level Production Associate
Location: Tacoma, WA
Pay: $17.25/hr to start
Day: Monday - Friday, 1st and 2nd shift are available.

Employment Type: Full-Time
- Learn to set up machines and begin production cycles
- Operate and adjust conventional manufacturing equipment including presses, routers, drill presses, and saws
- Monitor production output and inspect finished products for quality and accuracy
- Read and interpret job orders and production specifications
- Use measuring tools and gauges to ensure product conformity
- Deburr and finish products as needed
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
- Follow all safety procedures and wear required PPE at all times
- Basic understanding of manufacturing or production processes (preferred)
- Ability to read, write, and speak English
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
- Mechanically inclined with the ability to learn equipment operation
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for the duration of a 12-hour shift
- Team‑oriented mindset with strong communication skills
- Willingness to learn through hands‑on training and mentorship
- Industrial manufacturing setting
- Standing, bending, and physical activity required throughout shift
- Consistent use of personal protective equipment (PPE)
- Rotating 12-hour schedule designed to provide structured days off
