Job Title: Shipping & Inventory Control Associate Entry‑Level
Location: Tacoma, WA
Pay: $17.25/hr - $18/hr DOE to start
Day: Monday – Friday, 1st shift 6AM – 2:30PM.

. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is dependable, detail‑oriented, and enjoys working in a fast‑paced warehouse and production environment.
The ideal candidate will play a key role in preparing outgoing shipments, maintaining accurate inventory records, operating warehouse equipment, and ensuring products are packaged and loaded safely and efficiently.
What You'll Do- Prepare products for shipment through packaging, banding, labeling, and staging
- Accurately verify quantities and product information before shipment
- Use the company's inventory and shipping software to track materials and update records
- Assist with inventory counts, stock organization, and inventory control processes
- Load and unload trucks safely using a forklift
- Inspect shipments for accuracy, quality, and proper packaging
- Maintain organized warehouse and shipping areas
- Follow all company safety policies and procedures
- Work closely with production, warehouse, and shipping teams to meet customer deadlines
- Previous warehouse, shipping, receiving, or inventory experience preferred but not required
- Forklift operating experience strongly preferred
- Basic computer skills and ability to learn inventory management software
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
- Ability to follow written and verbal instructions
- Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and perform physical tasks throughout the shift
- Team‑oriented with positive communication skills
- Industrial manufacturing and warehouse setting
- Frequent standing, walking, lifting, and material handling
- Forklift operation and loading/unloading activities
- Use of personal protective equipment (PPE) required
- Fast‑paced environment focused on quality, accuracy, and safety
