Position Summary

U.S. Auto Force, a division of U.S. Venture, Inc., brings together more than 100 years of experience as an industry leader in the distribution of tires, undercar parts, and lubricants to independent tire retailers, auto repair shops, and automotive dealerships.

The schedule for this position is:
Sunday 11am-7:30pm and Monday-Thursday 2pm-10:30pm with rotating Saturdays. Schedules are subject to change based on business needs and may require overtime.

Job Responsibilities
  • Load, unload, stock tires and auto parts in a fast‑paced warehouse environment using industrial vehicles such as a forklift or picker equipment
  • Use scanners to find and put away tires and assist with inventory control
  • Lift 50 pounds consistently throughout your shift and occasionally up to 80 pounds. When lifting commercial tires you will do team lifts or use mechanical equipment.
  • Exert a pushing force of up to 40 pounds when working with barrels or industrial/agricultural tires.
  • Work at heights of up to 25 feet while operating equipment.
  • Remain on the move; be willing and able to work on your feet for extended periods of time and work overtime as needed.
  • Contribute to a culture of safety, ensuring adherence to all safety policies and operating procedures.
  • Assist other departments, such as e‑comm, inventory, and will‑call, depending on business needs.
  • Perform other job‑related tasks as assigned by a supervisor as long as reasonable accommodations are provided.

Physical Demands and Work Environment

The employee must be able to perform visual, auditory, physical, and mental tasks to operate equipment safely. The job requires frequent lifting of up to 50 pounds, occasionally up to 80 pounds, and the ability to exert a pushing force of up to 40 pounds. Commercial tire handling may involve rolling, destacking, team lifting, or use of mechanical equipment.

Protective equipment required: steel or composite toe boots, safety vest, safety harness, seatbelt, self‑retracting lifeline. All equipment is provided by U.S. Auto Force except steel toe boots.

Work environment:
May involve exposure to weather, moderate noise levels, and fumes from tires, car parts, and lubricants.

Qualifications
  • Must be 18 years or older to operate equipment.
  • At least 1 year of warehouse/logistics or relevant experience.
  • Ability to safely lift 50 pounds consistently and occasionally up to 80 pounds.
  • Ability to exert a pushing force of up to 40 pounds.
  • Ability to work at heights of 25 feet while operating equipment and maintaining safety standards.
  • Adherence to all company safety policies and state/federal transportation regulations.
  • Pass forklift certification.
  • Willing to work overtime as needed.
  • Follow instructions and safe operating procedures.
  • Work effectively in a team environment.
  • Pass a pre‑employment drug test (excluding THC/marijuana).
