Shift: Graveyard
ScheduleSunday – Thursday, 11:00pm – 6:00am;
Work 6.5/8 hours. $1.50 shift differential.
Monday – Friday, 2:30pm – 11:00pm; $3.00 shift differential.
Position SummaryManufacture high-quality plastic molded products within the quoted cycle time, while maintaining a high level of quality, accuracy, and safe working methods.
Physical Requirements- Stamina to work all assigned hours
- Ability to work in a shop environment – frequent exposure to loud noises, dust, solvents, and oils
- Frequent standing and walking. Limited reaching, climbing, stooping, kneeling, and crouching
- Ability to stand or walk 100% of the workday
- Hearing and speaking required 100% of the workday
- Use of hands 100% of the workday – use hand to finger, handle, or feel objects, tools or controls
- 20/20 vision required with or without correction – to assess cosmetic requirements, close vision, peripheral vision, depth perceptions, and the ability to adjust focus.

- Operate an injection molding machine in a safe, efficient, and accurate manner.
- Produce product based on operator work instructions and quality requirements.
- Keep individual work cells clean and organized.
- Inspect produced parts for defects such as cracks, bubbles, or color inconsistencies, ensuring they meet quality standards.
- Read, understand, and follow written Work Instructions for each individual part.
- Record production data, including volume produced, downtime, scrap, reject rates, and machine efficiency.
- Adhere to all safety regulations and wear appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE).
- Fulfill the essential functions of an Operator 1.
- Train/mentor Operator 1 team members to ensure they safely develop practices that optimize workflow and create the best consistent quality of finished goods.
- Safely be able to operate an Injection Molding Machine using a bandsaw, table router, or ultra sonic welder.
- Ensure work cells are set up with required safety equipment, tools for operation, packaging supplies, and documentation needed to facilitate production.
- Keep work areas clean and organized.
- Be able to fill in for a Floor Lead, if the Floor Lead is absent.
- Ensure operators read, acknowledge (sign), and perform their job per the work instructions.
- Work with team members and supervisors to improve production processes and product quality.
- Fluency in Demgy Pacific’s ERP system.
- Stage parts with paperwork after every job is completed.
- Uphold and comply with Demgy’s Code of Ethics and Conduct.
- Follow safety policies.
- Contribute to the success of the company’s environmental, health & safety program.
- Maintain a positive working relationship with co‑workers in all departments.
- Maintain accurate documentation as required, following Demgy Pacific’s document and record control procedures as applicable to the position.
- Ensure that housekeeping within the department is properly maintained.
- Follow Demgy 5S program (workstation organization/locations maintained).
- Follow policies outlined in the Employee Handbook.
- Perform other duties as directed by the supervisor.
- Effective communication:
Able to read and write English, keep accurate quality records, basic math (addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division). - Mechanical skills.
- Basic computer skills.

- Motivated self‑starter.
- Dependable: reliable attendance and punctuality.
- Successful completion or proven prior experience required as an Operator in Injection Molding to qualify to move from Operator 1 to Operator 2.
- Experience in manufacturing preferred.
- Experience in Aerospace preferred.
- High School diploma or equivalent.
