is a leading manufacturer and distributor of packaged ice, committed to delivering high-quality products to commercial and retail customers. We are seeking reliable, hardworking Production and Material Handlers to support our growing operations at our Tacoma WA facility.

As a Production and Material Handler, you will play a key role in our ice production process. You will be responsible for operating equipment, packaging ice, maintaining cleanliness, and ensuring the accurate movement of materials throughout the facility.

• Operate and monitor ice manufacturing machinery and bagging equipment.
• Inspect products to ensure quality standards are met (e.g., size, weight, packaging).
• Load ice bags into storage bins, pallets, or delivery containers.
• Maintain a clean and organized production area.

• Move raw materials (water, packaging supplies) and finished goods throughout the facility.
• Operate pallet jacks or forklifts (certification preferred or provided upon hire).
• Track inventory and report low stock or equipment issues to supervisors.
• Assist with loading/unloading delivery trucks as needed.

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Previous experience in manufacturing or warehouse environments is a plus.
• Ability to lift 50 lbs repeatedly and perform physical labor in cold conditions.
• Basic mechanical aptitude and ability to follow instructions and safety protocols.
• Must be dependable, punctual, and a team player.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision.

• Cold storage and production facility (temperatures below freezing).
• Standing for extended periods, repetitive motion, and handling heavy loads.
• Use of personal protective equipment (PPE) as required.
