General Labor, Sorter, Entry Level – We’re hiring General Laborers / Sorters to sort recyclables at a large recycling and processing plant in Tacoma, WA.

Sorting recyclables is not a glamorous job but it’s a necessary one that helps keep our community clean.

This position does not require a resume. Your ability to follow directions will be evaluated through a realistic job preview. Candidates will be considered for a future or present full‑time position based on specific criteria aligned with Leadpoint’s culture.

• Shift schedules: 1st Shift 6:00 am–2:30 pm, 2nd Shift 2:30 pm–11:00 pm. Monday‑Friday (some Saturdays).
• Hourly pay: $19.44.
• No diploma or prior experience required.

• Sort and process recyclable materials according to company standards.
• Follow all safety instructions and procedures.
• Work as part of a team to meet daily production targets.

• At least 18 years of age.
• Able to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for the entire shift.
• Reliable transportation; carpooling options available.
• Consent to background check and drug screen.
• Proficient in following written and verbal instructions.
