TTX Company is seeking a Railcar Repairman (Carman) to repair, modify, and upgrade rail cars in Tacoma, WA. You will rebuild components, weld, fabricate, and perform mechanical labor according to blueprints and specifications.
You will inspect equipment, operate forklifts, measure and thread pipes, assemble subassemblies, and test function. Safety rules and industry standards apply. Outdoor conditions and lifting are common parts of the job.
