Insulator Position

We are seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Insulator to perform the necessary tasks to apply and install insulation and sealing materials on finished products according to specifications. This role is responsible for the hands-on application of insulation materials, maintaining quality control standards, and assisting in the safe flow and staging of products within the department.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Apply and install insulation and sealing materials to products according to work orders, blueprints, and production schedules.
• Ensure all insulation work meets CDI quality standards and is applied properly to prevent heat loss or product damage.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area, adhering to all company safety protocols and 5S principles.
• Assist the Insulation Lead with the staging and movement of products into and out of the work area.
• Follow all material handling and safety guidelines for the use of insulation, adhesives, and personal protective gear.

Requirements:

Education and/or Work Experience Requirements:

• Knowledge of insulation materials and application techniques is a plus.
• Forklift certification is required, or the ability to obtain certification within 30 days of hire.
