You will lead new product introductions, optimize process flows, and train shop personnel while maintaining SOPs and manufacturing documentation.
The role requires strong CAD skills (Solid Works, CATIA), 3D/2D drawing proficiency, PL/BOM management, and lean manufacturing experience.
