Location:Tacoma, WA
Pay:$27-35 / hour (DOE)

What You’ll Do:- Develop machining and inspection process methodologies and review processes for operational feasibility and completeness.
- Develop tool, probe, and measuring-machine paths for multi-axis operations using tool-axis control.
- Select and validate appropriate cutting tools and probes for requested operations.
- Verify CNC part programs to ensure results meet quality requirements.
- Use computerized tools to support program verification and inspection.
- Define, develop, and continuously improve machining processes.
- Identify and resolve N/C manufacturing problems.
- Provide guidance on the development, control, and organization of CNC machine tooling.
- Support project administration and leadership activities, including status reporting and project documentation.
- Coordinate with users and vendors and assist with planning, scheduling, budgeting, and procurement of computer-related equipment.
- Apply knowledge of precision CNC machinery, fabrication, and machining practices.
- At least 40 hours per week with a consistent work schedule.
