Schedule:
Swing Shift 3:30PM-12:30AM Compensation:
Starts at $22.00/hour + $2.00/hour Swing Shift Differential
The Production Assembler supports the manufacturing of vinyl windows and patio doors by performing basic to intermediate assembly tasks in a fast-paced production environment. This role follows standard work instructions, focuses on quality and safety, and works as part of a team to meet daily production goals. What You Will Do- Perform assembly tasks involved in the construction of windows and patio doors
- Follow standard work instructions, safety guidelines, and quality standards
- Use hand tools and basic power tools safely and effectively
- Inspect your own work to ensure quality and accuracy
- Work as part of a team to meet daily production and efficiency goals
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Follow all safety policies and wear required personal protective equipment (PPE)
- Support flexibility by assisting in different assembly areas as needed
- High school diploma or GED (or ability to obtain)
- Previous manufacturing, assembly, warehouse, or hands‑on work experience preferred but not required
- Ability to learn and follow work instructions
- Comfort using basic hand tools and equipment (training provided)
- Basic math skills and ability to read measurements
- Attention to detail and commitment to quality
- Ability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
- Dependable attendance and strong teamwork skills
- Willingness to learn, cross‑train, and grow within the role
- Prior experience in manufacturing or assembly
- Experience working in a fast-paced or production environment
