Internal Supply Worker

Compensation: $22.00/hour-$25.00/hour (Depending on Experience) Be Part of Something Big at Milgard Windows & Doors! As an Extruder Operator, you’ll be at the center of our Vinyl Extrusion team—keeping production running smoothly and ensuring top‑tier quality every step of the way.

What You’ll Do

• Operate 1–3 PVC extrusion lines to meet production and quality targets
• Safely disassemble, clean, reassemble, and change over tooling using overhead crane equipment
• Perform visual inspections and take accurate measurements using calipers
• Maintain a clean and organized work area—spray down equipment, sweep floors, remove debris
• Complete required documentation including productivity reports, machine condition notes, bundle tickets, and work orders
• Support packaging and forklift operations as needed

• Associate degree or technical school certificate — or 6–12 months of related experience
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Ability to read and understand safety rules, manuals, and written procedures
• Problem‑solving ability and comfort following detailed instructions
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced, multitasking environment
