Sr. Manager, Global Brand Integrated Marketing - Performance
Deckers Brands – Remote US (West Coast Preferred)
Reports to:
Director, HOKA Global Integrated Marketing – Performance
As the Sr. Manager, HOKA Global Integrated Brand Marketing – Performance, you will be the strategic connector across cross‑functional teams to ensure cohesive, high‑impact campaigns. You’ll partner with Sports Marketing, PR, Social, Ambassador/Influencer, Retail, Wholesale, e‑Commerce, and Creative to drive storytelling and amplification, oversee the integrated process, and ensure cross‑functional clarity, creative consistency, and timely delivery of marketing plans.
Key Responsibilities- Inspire and guide global marketing teams to execute aligned campaign goals.
- Lead the development and execution of integrated marketing plans for seasonal campaigns and activations.
- Drive integrated planning processes across all regions.
- Serve as primary point of contact for regional teams and review marketing investment plans.
- Collaborate with Creative and agency partners to translate strategy into consumer‑facing assets and track toolkit delivery.
- Author strategic creative campaign briefs grounded in brand, business, and consumer objectives.
- Manage and build the seasonal global internal marketing calendar.
- Coach and develop team members into 360 marketers.
- Create compelling presentations for senior stakeholders.
- Measure and evolve campaign planning with media, analytics, and regional teams.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital or related field;
Master’s/MBA a plus. - 8+ years of experience in global product or integrated marketing at a performance‑running outdoor or lifestyle footwear brand.
- 4+ years of people‑management experience.
- Proven track record managing complex timelines and campaign calendars across multiple seasons.
- Deep experience in global integrated campaigns across digital‑first, CTV, retail, experiential, OOH, and wholesale.
- Strategic thinking, operational planning, creative briefing, storytelling, and translation of complex ideas into clear direction.
- Experience managing external partners (agencies, vendors).
