Registered Nurse - ICU

Health Advocates Network is currently seeking a   
** Registered Nurse - ICU
** to work at a Facility in   
** Tacoma, WA.
** These are   _registry_  positions with our company.

** Pay Rate** : $58 / hour

* QUALIFICATIONS:

*
* + At least 2 years of experience as a  
** Registered Nurse - ICU
** in an acute care setting

+ Associate's degree in nursing (ASN)

+ One Year of Experience in Nursing

+ Current unrestricted RN license in one of the 50 US States and/or territories.

+ Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS)

+ Basic Life Support (BLS)

+ US Citizen

+ NACI background check

** RESPONSIBILTIES:*
* + Performs critical care duties, to include assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating age-specific nursing care across all ages.

+ Functions as a patient advocate. Assesses patient/ family knowledge level, develops, and implements a plan of instruction and documents demonstrated level of understanding.

+ Manages care of patients for a wide range of procedures of an advanced nature and difficulty where there is a high risk for infection and bodily functions are mechanically assisted by life support equipment.

+ Nurses who will assist in providing conscious sedation must have conscious sedation training provided at MAMC prior to providing conscious sedation.

+ HCW's will be required to float within similar specialties
