Support mothers and newborns during one of life’s most special journeys while delivering compassionate, patient-centered care! We’re looking for an experienced RN - Mother Baby (Post Partum) to join a dedicated women’s health team in Tacoma, WA. • Provide direct nursing care to postpartum mothers and newborns
• Monitor maternal and newborn conditions and respond to changes promptly
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
• Educate families on newborn care, breastfeeding, recovery, and discharge instructions
• Support bonding and family-centered care practices
• Maintain accurate and timely patient documentation
• Collaborate with physicians, lactation consultants, and interdisciplinary healthcare teams
• Ensure patient safety and quality care throughout the postpartum stay

• Active RN License in Washington
• Minimum 2 years of recent Mother Baby or Post Partum nursing experience
• BLS and NRP Certifications required
• Strong maternal and newborn assessment skills
• Excellent communication and patient education abilities
• Ability to work effectively in fast-paced healthcare environments
• Compassionate and patient-focused approach to care
