The RN will provide direct and specialized care for newborns requiring close monitoring due to premature birth, birth defects, infection, or other medical conditions requiring surgery or therapy. The RN will work collaboratively with physicians and other healthcare professionals, and assist in developing and implementing care plans for high‑risk newborns needing high‑technology care.

• Provide direct patient care in the NICU.
• Assist in developing and implementing a plan of care for high‑risk newborns.
• Collaborate with physicians and other staff.

• At least 18 months of recent experience in an acute care NICU setting.
• Active RN license.
• BLS, PALS, and NRP certifications.
• Degree from an accredited nursing program.
• Additional requirements as determined by the client facility.
