Position Overview

Love + medicine is the core of this RN Clinical Supervisor role for Obesity Medicine & Bariatric Surgery located in Onalaska, WI. This full‑time, salaried position leads approximately 15 caregivers in a dynamic outpatient setting, overseeing daily clinic operations, team development, and patient‑centered care.

  • Oversee daily clinic operations, including patient flow, staffing coordination, and efficient use of space and resources.
  • Partner with providers and leadership to improve workflows, patient access, and care delivery outcomes.
  • Lead decisively in a fast‑paced environment, often making informed decisions with evolving or incomplete information.
  • Balance leadership responsibilities with limited clinical involvement.
  • Participate in leadership meetings and contribute to ongoing program and operational improvements.

What You’ll Bring
  • Active RN license (or eligibility) in the state of Wisconsin.
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) for Healthcare Providers.
  • CPR certification.
  • Associate degree in Nursing required;
    Bachelor’s degree preferred.
  • Minimum of 3–4 years of RN experience.

  • Proven ability to build strong, cohesive teams and navigate interpersonal dynamics.
  • Prior leadership or charge nurse/team lead experience strongly preferred.
  • Experience leading or collaborating within multidisciplinary care teams.

  • Experience in ambulatory or procedural care settings preferred.
