Position Overview

Love + medicine is the core of this RN Clinical Supervisor role for Obesity Medicine & Bariatric Surgery located in Onalaska, WI. This full‑time, salaried position leads approximately 15 caregivers in a dynamic outpatient setting, overseeing daily clinic operations, team development, and patient‑centered care.

• Active RN license (or eligibility) in the state of Wisconsin.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) for Healthcare Providers.
• CPR certification.
• Associate degree in Nursing required;
  Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Minimum of 3–4 years of RN experience.

• Proven ability to build strong, cohesive teams and navigate interpersonal dynamics.
• Prior leadership or charge nurse/team lead experience strongly preferred.
• Experience leading or collaborating within multidisciplinary care teams.
• Thrives in dynamic environments with evolving priorities and competing demands.
• Confident decision‑maker who can lead effectively amid ambiguity.
• Experience in ambulatory or procedural care settings preferred.
• Passionate about delivering patient‑centered care while developing and supporting others.
