Position Overview
Love + medicine is the core of this RN Clinical Supervisor role for Obesity Medicine & Bariatric Surgery located in Onalaska, WI. This full‑time, salaried position leads approximately 15 caregivers in a dynamic outpatient setting, overseeing daily clinic operations, team development, and patient‑centered care.
What You’ll Do- Foster a collaborative, high‑performing culture by strengthening team dynamics.
- Oversee daily clinic operations, including patient flow, staffing coordination, and efficient use of space and resources.
- Partner with providers and leadership to improve workflows, patient access, and care delivery outcomes.
- Lead decisively in a fast‑paced environment, often making informed decisions with evolving or incomplete information.
- Balance leadership responsibilities with limited clinical involvement.
- Participate in leadership meetings and contribute to ongoing program and operational improvements.
- Collaborative, mission‑driven team with strong camaraderie.

- Active RN license (or eligibility) in the state of Wisconsin.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) for Healthcare Providers.
- CPR certification.
- Associate degree in Nursing required;
Bachelor’s degree preferred. - Minimum of 3–4 years of RN experience.
- Proven ability to build strong, cohesive teams and navigate interpersonal dynamics.
- Prior leadership or charge nurse/team lead experience strongly preferred.
- Experience leading or collaborating within multidisciplinary care teams.
- Thrives in dynamic environments with evolving priorities and competing demands.
- Confident decision‑maker who can lead effectively amid ambiguity.
- Experience in ambulatory or procedural care settings preferred.
- Passionate about delivering patient‑centered care while developing and supporting others.
