Additionally, we are looking to hire an RN Case Manager with ventilator experience for both North Snohomish & South King County. In this role, a nurse could manage the care and nurse training for PDN nurses and complete RN delegation visits.

• 1:1 private duty nursing:
  Potentially: trach/vent, TPN
• Will see patients in a variety of community settings.
• Admit patients and establish care goals.
• Establishes and maintains the plan of care and reviews progress toward goals.
• Coordinated care with providers and interdisciplinary teams.
• Assess, treat, implement, and evaluate patients.
• Seeking nurses for long‑term care.
• Administers medications according to provider orders.
• Delegate care to caregivers in community settings.
• Comfortable providing education to nurses, caregivers, families, and patients.
• Fosters a high‑performing culture of excellence that drives employee engagement and provides exceptionally reliable, safe, high‑quality patient care.
• Perform other job‑related duties as needed.

• Current Washington state RN/LPN license in good standing
• Current BLS certification
• One (1) year of nursing experience is preferred. Will train new grads.
