Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN), Rehabilitation – Full Time

Wage scale: $32.00 - $47.10 per hour. This is a Union position.

Schedule:

3x12 days, nights, 12‑hour shifts, no call required.

The rehabilitation Licensed Practical Nurse at Virginia Mason Franciscan Health Rehabilitation Hospital provides patient care services that meet psychosocial, physical, and general aspects of care; meets communication needs of patients and families; and delivers initiative and responsibility indicative of professional expectations under the supervision of a registered nurse. Nurse‑to‑patient ratio: 6:1.

• Graduate of accredited licensed practical/vocational nurse program and current state licensure as Licensed Practical/Vocational Nurse
• CPR/BCLS certification; ACLS preferred
• IV Certified highly preferred
• Minimum six months of medical/surgical experience in an acute care setting preferred
