FTE: 0.75

Shift: Evening —

Schedule:

12‑hour shifts, rotating weekends

Up to $5,000 sign‑on bonus for eligible new hires with 1+ years of experience as an LPN.

Position Summary

The Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) is an excellent opportunity to expand your role in health care through providing high‑quality care focused on the comfort and well‑being of patients and families. As an LPN at Multi Care you will work in collaboration with your team to ensure the best possible outcomes and patient experiences.

Responsibilities
  • You will provide age‑appropriate care utilizing nursing education and knowledge of normal states of growth, development, and aging.
  • You will deliver and execute upon daily routine care and services to patients from diverse ethnic and social groups utilizing your strong interpersonal skills.
  • You will assist the Registered Nurse or care team in implementing the nursing process.
Requirements
  • Graduate of an accredited Licensed Practical Nurse program.
  • Current Licensed Practical Nurse in Washington State or Multistate license endorsement (MLS).
  • Current BLS certification.
  • License to pass medications may be required.
  • Previous LPN experience in an acute care setting within the last 3 years preferred.
  • Experience in the assigned specialty, or successful completion of a specialty‑focused residency post‑hire.
  • Successful completion of appropriate competencies for the assigned specialty.
Benefits

We provide a comprehensive benefits package, including competitive salary, medical, dental, and retirement benefits, and paid time off. The pay scale is $28.63–$47.31 USD. Pay is influenced by factors such as skill set, level of experience, and certification(s) and/or education.
