Position Summary:
The Quality Data Abstractor is an ideal opportunity at Multi Care, participating in the planning, coordinating and collecting of clinical process and outcome data. In this role, you will work in collaboration with program leadership in the collection of program specific data.
- You will collect and coordinate processes, outcome and data variances.
- You will accurately enter data into the appropriate database.
- You will assure completeness and accuracy of all data.
- You will maintain current knowledge of abstraction requirements per agency guidelines.
- Registered Health Information Technologist or equivalent clinical experience is required.
- Recent medical record abstraction preferred.
Led by physicians and advanced practice providers who understand patient needs firsthand, ensuring decisions are grounded in clinical expertise and collaboration.

Pay and Benefit ExpectationsWe provide a comprehensive benefits package, including competitive salary, medical, dental and retirement benefits and paid time off. As required by various pay transparency laws, we share a competitive range of compensation for candidates hired into each position. The pay scale is $59,092.80 - $85,051.20 USD. However, pay is influenced by factors specific to applicants, including but not limited to: skill set, level of experience, and certification(s) and/or education.
