Requirements- Washington State Nurse Practitioner license by the time of employment.
- DEA, NPI and prescriptive authority.
- Current BLS for Healthcare Providers certification issued by the American Heart Association.

ScheduleFull‑time, 1.0 FTE. Day shift with 4‑x‑10 schedule. No call, no weekend or holiday coverage.
Compensation Range$ – $ USD (pay varies by skill set, experience and certification).
