Travel Nurse RN - ED - Emergency Department

Med Pro Healthcare Staffing is hiring a travel Registered Nurse in the Emergency Department for a 13‑week assignment in Tacoma, Washington, starting 07/27/2026. The role requires 36 hours per week on 12‑hour night shifts.

• Active RN license
• Degree from an accredited nursing program
• BLS, ACLS, PALS, and TNCC training may be required
• 18 months of recent acute‑care emergency room experience
• Other requirements to be determined by the client facility

Registered nurses in the Emergency Department provide care for patients with a range of urgent conditions, recognizing and treating life‑threatening situations.

• Assess, intervene, and stabilize trauma and illness cases promptly.
• Apply comprehensive knowledge of general and specific medical issues for urgent treatment.
• Utilize triage to prioritize injuries based on medical need.
• Perform quick and accurate assessments of incoming patients, including physical and mental health conditions.
