Position Summary
Join a team that shares your calling seek a staff RN to join our hospital-based team in the emergency department. This role will involve delivering high quality patient care during a 12‑hour evening shift (11:00‑23:30), alternating weekends, at 0.9 FTE.
Responsibilities- Organize patient care by prioritizing, delegating, delivering and evaluating on an ongoing basis.
- Apply nursing education and experience to deliver care using the nursing process according to hospital policies, procedures and protocols.
- Collaborate with the nursing team to improve quality of care, patient experience and cost reduction.
- Foster a learning environment for patients/families, nursing staff and members of the health care team.
- Advocate for ethical and holistic care, promoting the autonomy, dignity, and health of patients from diverse ethnic and social backgrounds.
- Minimum 1 year of Emergency nursing experience (new graduate RNs or RNs without ED experience should apply to a residency or fellowship instead).
- Bachelor's degree in Nursing or equivalent obtained within five (5) years of hire; RN with 15+ years of service may be considered.
- Registered Nurse license in Washington State or multi‑state licensure endorsement (MSL).
- Active BLS, ACLS and PALS certifications required; additional specialty certifications (e.g., NALS, TNCC, NRP, or others) preferred.
- Advanced degree in Nursing (MSN, PhD, DNP, ARNP) preferred.

Competitive salary range $48.15 – $90.83 per hour, dependent upon experience, certification and education.
