BasicRequirements
- Must be currently certified in Washington State as a NAC
- Must maintain an active certification in good standing throughout employment. Specific Job Requirements
- Must have compassion, patience, tact and a pleasant disposition
- Must demonstrate exceptional dependability with attendance, job performance and personal interactions
- Must have proficiency in all patient care areas including but not limited to: direct patient care, patient rights, and safety and sanitation
- Maintain professional working relationships with all associates, visitors and vendors.
- Maintains confidentiality of information
- Must understand and follow company policies including harassment social media and compliance procedures Essential Functions
- Provide quality nursing care to residents in an environment which promotes resident rights, dignity, freedom of choice and their individuality
- Ensure that individualized care plans are followed to assist residents to maintain or attain the highest practical physical, mental and psychosocial well being
- Attends to the individual needs of residents including all personal care, transfers, mobility, weights, vital signs and other duties as assigned
- Maintain Infection control procedures utilizing PPE and proper disposal of soiled material
- Maintain a safe workplace through good body mechanics, participating in fire/safety disaster plans, correcting and/or reporting unsafe conditions
- Complete requirements for in-service training
- Cooperate with co-workers and supervisors for completion of job duties with minimal direction
