• 3 years psychiatric experience, with at least 2 recent inpatient psychiatric years
• EPIC proficiency required
• Previous travel nursing experience required
• Blood draw experience
• Medication pass experience
• Psychiatric de‑escalation techniques
• Ability to run groups and complete documentation
• EMR experience
• Seclusion and restraint experience preferred
• Charge PRN experience required; facility will train – charge experience not required separately

• BLS
• CPI or MOAB
• Active Washington or Compact RN license
• Minimum 2 years RN experience, 1 year recent inpatient psychiatric experience

• Adult (18‑65) psychiatric patients
• Use of seclusion
• No detox or substance‑use disorder treatment offered
