Overview
Mason Health, a top rural hospital in the region, seeks a Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) to join their team in Shelton, Washington. The role offers independent practice without physician supervision and a patient‑centered approach.
Responsibilities- Post call day off and typically home in time to pick up kids from school
- Work with a variety of cases including partnering with Ortho, OB/GYN, GI, Surg, Ophthalmology, Podiatry, and Urol
- Collaborate as part of a team of 4 CRNAs to make decisions regarding group operations
- Self‑perform anesthesia administration independently
Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) credential required.
Compensation- Base salary of $350K
- Sign‑on bonus of $30K
- Student loan repayment of $60K
- Relocation assistance
- Recruitment package of $420K with no state income tax
- Shelton, Washington (WA) is located 20 miles from Olympia and about 90 minutes from Seattle, WA
