Position: Full‑Time Home Health Registered Nurse (RN)
Location: Kitsap County, Washington
Salary: $45–60 per hour, DOE

Key Responsibilities- Complete comprehensive in‑home patient assessments
- Develop care plans under primary care providers' orders
- Provide direct patient care per the plan of care and scope of practice
- Ensure accurate and timely documentation
- Participate in QAPI program for top‑notch patient care
- Coordinate interdisciplinary home health services
- Registered Nurse (RN) licensure
- Home Health and/or Hospice experience preferred
- Current BLS certification from AHA
- Licensed driver with an insured automobile in good working order
