Role Overview:
Provide quality care to residents by maintaining a safe, clean, and supportive environment, following prescribed treatment plans, and documenting responses.
Responsibilities:- Assist in creating a positive physical, social, and psychological environment
- monitor resident care
- administer medications
- ensure medication supply room security and cleanliness
- adhere to company policies and procedures
- Valid LPN or LVN license as per state regulations
- strong attention to detail
- compassionate and dedicated approach to resident care
