Assisted Living Manager

Weatherly Inn is seeking an experienced Assisted Living Manager to lead nursing services and oversee high-quality resident care in our Assisted Living community. This leadership role is responsible for clinical oversight, staff supervision, regulatory compliance, and resident and family satisfaction.

Key responsibilities include overseeing all aspects of resident care and nursing services, supervising, training, scheduling, and evaluating nursing staff, conducting resident assessments and care plan reviews, ensuring compliance with Washington State Boarding Home regulations, managing medications, documentation, and emergency situations, communicating regularly with families, providers, and the Administrator, and participating in quality assurance, inspections, and corrective actions.

Qualifications include a High School Diploma/GED required;
Nursing degree preferred, 5+ years in a related healthcare field with 2+ years in a supervisory role, Active Washington State Nursing License (required), Valid WA Driver's License with clean driving record, CPR (within 30 days), Food Handler, Dementia & Mental Health Training (within 90 days), and strong clinical judgment, leadership, and documentation skills.

Physical requirements include lifting up to 50 lbs; pushing residents up to 250 lbs in wheelchair, and standing, walking, bending, and reaching throughout shift.
