Job Title

Per Diem RN Delegator

8 a.m. – 5 p.m., Monday – Friday with rotating on-call nights and weekends, and seeing clients prior to office hours and after as needed.

Clinical

Clinical Director and Administrator of Home Care and Home Health.

As a Per Diem RN Delegator, you will conduct nursing assessments and home health visits across King and Snohomish County, ensuring quality care and delegating to caregivers as needed.

• Perform RN home health visits.
• Responsible for RN delegations and documentation; training provided if needed.
• Write Plans of Care and ensure their implementation.
• Observe clients for changes in condition and report to Clinical Director.
• Document nursing observations, interventions, and evaluations.
• Conduct assessments, including opening new client cases.
• Address emergent nursing issues.
• Supervise caregivers (CNA, HCA) by providing coaching and training.
• Perform clinical administrative work.
• Rotate on-call for urgent nursing matters via phone or visits.

• Must be an RN in the State of Washington and graduate from an accredited school of nursing.
• Must demonstrate ability to practice independently in nursing care delivery.
• 2 to 3 years clinical experience; preferably in rehabilitation, home care, hospital, or hospice.
• Ability to read and write in English.
• Reliable vehicle for travel to work sites.
• Valid Washington State Driver’s License.
• Proof of current auto liability insurance.
• Computer literate with experience in different computer programs.
• Strong grasp of legal and ethical issues pertaining to confidentiality.
