What You’ll Do

As a Home Health LPN, you'll provide skilled, personalized nursing care while building meaningful relationships with patients and their families in the comfort of home.

  • Provide one-on-one skilled nursing care, including wound care, catheter care, medication administration, and symptom management
  • Observe and assess patients and communicate changes in condition to the appropriate clinical team members
  • Educate and support patients, families, and caregivers
  • Collaborate with RNs, therapists, providers, and other members of the interdisciplinary team
  • Complete accurate and timely clinical documentation
What You’ll Bring
  • Current Washington State LPN license, or license in place before your first day
  • Current AHA BLS certification
  • Strong critical-thinking skills and ability to work independently
  • Valid driver's license, insured vehicle, and reliable transportation
  • Home Health experience preferred, but not required
