Home Health Registered Nurse (RN) Pierce County | $45–$60/hour | Full-Time Join Puget Sound Home Health & Hospice, voted one of the Best Companies to Work For in the West! We're growing and expanding our service areas, and we're looking for multiple RNs to join our Home Health team, with a current focus on Buckley, Puyallup, and Graham. Compensation $45–$60/hour, based on experience Comparable pay-per-visit rates available

- Assess patients in their homes and identify their individual care needs
- Develop and manage personalized plans of care in collaboration with providers
- Provide skilled nursing care, education, and support to patients and families
- Coordinate care with therapists, physicians, and other members of the interdisciplinary team
- Monitor patient progress and adjust care as needs change
- Complete accurate, timely clinical documentation
- Participate in quality initiatives that help us continually improve patient care
- Current Registered Nurse (RN) license
- Current AHA BLS certification
- Home Health and/or Hospice experience preferred
- Valid driver’s license, insured vehicle, and reliable transportation
- Ability to work independently while collaborating with a clinical team
