RN Case Manager – Clinical Supervisor

• Promote and enhance staff clinical expertise to provide safe, quality nursing care
• Review physicians’ orders and update plans of care and documentation as necessary
• Assist with interviewing, selecting, training and validating new clinical staff
• Participate in releasing patients from facilities to their homes through Start of Care Assessments and Re-evaluations
• Collaborate with operations and business development teams
• Manage, evaluate and develop nursing talent internally
• Ensure adherence to State, Federal, Local and Aveanna policies and procedures
• Ensure quality assurance of clinical documentation
• Coordinate care with ancillary healthcare providers
• Provide professional guidance to field staff and help monitor clinical excellence

• Must have good standing license (RN) in the state in which the clinician will practice
• Must be able to travel to patients’ homes in designated territory
• Must have reliable transportation
• Valid driver’s license and must pass MVR check
• Current CPR certification from AHA
• Must be willing to supervise nurses providing in-home skilled nursing care to infants, children, adolescents and/or adults

Demonstrates expertise in clinical nursing care, staff training, and quality assurance while ensuring compliance with healthcare regulations. Capable of managing nursing talent and coordinating care with various healthcare providers.
