As a Clinic Registered Nurse (RN), you'll provide comprehensive nursing care for patients across the lifespan while serving as a trusted educator, advocate, and care coordinator. Working alongside physicians, advanced practice providers, behavioral health professionals, pharmacists, and other healthcare professionals, you'll help ensure every patient receives high-quality, coordinated care. .

Key responsibilities include:

• Provide patient triage, assessments, treatments, medication administration, IV starts, and nursing interventions.
• Educate patients and families on chronic disease management, preventive care, medications, and healthy lifestyle choices.
• Coordinate care and connect patients with internal and community resources.
• Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop individualized plans of care.
• Participate in community outreach events and health education initiatives that promote wellness throughout the community.
• Maintain accurate, timely electronic health record documentation.
• Participate in telephone and in-clinic triage, including an after-hours call rotation.
• Support quality improvement initiatives and evidence-based nursing practice.
• Serve as a mentor and resource for new nursing staff as assigned.
