The Regional RN Manager provides leadership and oversight across approximately 15 facilities throughout Washington State
. This role is responsible for maintaining strong client relationships, ensuring RN coverage offering CCM and CoCM support operates smoothly at each location, and monitoring key clinical documentation workflows including care plan completion in a timely and billable manner.

This position requires travel of ~50% of the month to visit facilities and support specific RNs on-site, with the goal of strengthening partnerships with DONs and Administrators and ensuring consistent performance across the region.

Full Time Monday - Friday

Compensation

$130,000 - $140,000 annually

Responsibilities
  • Maintain and foster relationships with facility leadership
  • Oversee performance and coordination of specific RNs at each facility
  • Ensure care plan documentation is completed accurately, consistently, and in a billable manner
  • Track operational metrics, including RN clock-in/clock-out compliance, scheduling and confirming provider visits, general workflow and documentation adherence
  • Provide guidance, coaching, and issue resolution for RN team members
  • Participate in ongoing regional planning and operational reporting
Requirements
  • Valid Registered Nurse (RN) licensure in Washington State
  • Must reside in Washington State
  • Ability to travel ~50% of the month across facilities throughout Washington
  • Experience in long-term care or skilled nursing facilities
  • Demonstrated ability to lead, coach, and support clinical teams
  • Strong understanding of care plan processes and compliance and documentation best practices
