UNIT

TG Nurse Float Pool ICU. EPIC is required here. MUST have neuro and trauma exp. Clinical Interviews. Must pass DYS test prior to start. Will work mostly ED hold area.

Certs

Required:

BLS, ACLS, NIHSS

2 years experience required. Will take first time traveler with strong ICU and previous float pool experience.

• IV medication titration

ICU - 1:2 PCU/ACC/CCU - 1:4 ER Holding - same ratio based on patient level of care.

• Pre/post cath patients (radial approach)

• Various back surgeries

Neuro/Trauma/Medical/Cardiac ICU, CCU, PCU/ACC, ED Holding, Med Surg Units, Any open surge areas for above units. Traveler could float to Allenmore Hospital as needed (2.5 miles away). Not common but is a possibility.
