Description:
The role involves supporting surgical patients by conducting pre-procedure assessments.
Responsibilities include reviewing charts and assessing readiness for surgery and anesthesia.
Approximately 9 patient calls will be completed daily.
Candidates will review medications, hold times, NPO instructions, skin preparation, arrival instructions, and outstanding risk assessments.
Applicants should be capable of managing multiple technology platforms.
Strong multitasking and documentation skills are essential for this position.
Candidates must communicate pre-procedure instructions clearly.
This role is performed in a call center environment.
There is no weekend, holiday, or call requirement.
The work environment supports approximately 7 facilities remotely.
