Tae Kwon Do Instructor - Temporary

• This position is on-site and 5-6 hours per week. Varied to include evenings and weekends to assist with events and programs when applicable.
• This temporary position is not eligible for County benefits.

In this position, you will guide, coach, and instruct people of all ages as they learn Tae Kwon Do. You will have the ability to schedule and coordinate recreational activities with the maintenance office and administrative staff, as well as lead classes and motivate participants. This is a wonderful opportunity to connect with the community by supporting Tae Kwon Do classes and leading others as they improve in the sport.

Your passion for community recreation and sports, specifically Tae Kwon Do, will guide you to success in this role. As a customer service-focused professional, your ability to work well with all kinds of people, stay organized, multitask, and communicate clearly will be crucial. • Plan, develop, and facilitate Tae Kwon Do classes
• Coordinate activities with the maintenance office and administrative staff
• Respond to customer requests and inquiries
• Sell and conduct private and small group training with participants

• Must be 18 years or older
• Previous Tae Kwon Do experience
• In-depth knowledge of training techniques from assessment to program design
• Possession of a current first aid card is required within 30 days of employment
