Quality Technician / Inspector | $22/hr | 1st Shift | Hiring Immediately
Location: Manchester, CT
Pay: $22.00/hour
Schedule: Monday-Friday | 7:30 AM - 4:00 PM

Are you a detail-oriented quality professional looking for a stable opportunity with a growing manufacturing company? We are hiring a Quality Technician / Inspector in Manchester, CT to help ensure products meet customer specifications and industry standards.
This is a great opportunity for someone with inspection experience who enjoys working hands-on in a manufacturing environment and takes pride in producing quality results.
What You’ll Do:- Perform in-process and final inspections on materials and finished products
- Inspect products and manufacturing processes to ensure specifications are met
- Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and technical specifications
- Verify products meet customer requirements before shipment
- Maintain quality documentation and inspection records
- Support continuous improvement and quality initiatives
- Ensure inspection equipment is properly calibrated
- Follow safety procedures and maintain required PPE standards
- 2+ years of Quality Technician, Quality Inspector, or manufacturing inspection experience
- Ability to read blueprints and technical drawings
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Experience using inspection tools and equipment
- Ability to work independently while meeting production deadlines
- Microsoft Office experience (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
- AS9100 and/or Nadcap experience is a plus
- $22/hour starting pay
- Monday-Friday 1st shift schedule
- No weekends or overnight shifts
