Dishwasher

The Dishwasher is responsible for washing dishes for various dining outlets of the casino. Additional duties include understanding department procedures and functions, rinses and washes dishes, pots and pans while using a commercial dishwasher. Also stocks and straightens work area ensuring the dish room is kept neat and clean at all times. Performs additional job duties as assigned by the department manager.

Pay starts at $18.49/hr and increases to the standard $19.09/hr at successful completion of a 90-day orientation period. This full-time position features excellent employer-paid medical, dental, vision and life insurance benefits.

Education:

• High School Diploma or GED equivalent required

Experience & Requirements:

• Prior kitchen experience preferred
• Able to work quickly and efficiently
• Willing to learn how to operate and maintain an automatic dishwasher
• Willing to learn sanitation policies and procedures
• Must have a valid Washington State food handler's card

Physical Requirements:

• Must be able to stand for longer than 8 hours
• The ability to lift up to 40 pounds
• Mobility to climb stairs on a routine basis
• Must be able to tolerate a smoke filled environment

Additional Requirements:

• Must be able to work all scheduled shifts to include day, swing, graveyard and holidays
