C. Penney - - Responsibilities:
Observe store activities to detect theft, fraud, or suspicious activity and collect investigative evidence;
Follow Asset Protection directives and company policy during apprehensions and investigations;
Conduct external interviews with customers and contractors suspected of theft in accordance with local laws;
Report suspected fraud and policy infractions to AP and store leadership; document all stages of investigations;
Travel to stores as necessary and support safety culture through coaching and addressing hazards
