• Drive sales of Samsung mobile products and services within the Best Buy store using conversational consulting techniques.
• Assess customer needs and recommend suitable Samsung products.
• Build confidence in Samsung products among both customers and Best Buy employees.
• Establish strong partnerships with Best Buy staff to support store initiatives and goals.
• Meet or exceed personal and store sales goals each month.
• Deliver excellent customer service to customers and Best Buy staff.
• Maintain merchandising standards, store security, installation, cleanliness, and display resets.
• Complete daily sales performance reporting.

• Regular and prompt attendance.
• Accurate daily reporting.
• Meet or exceed monthly/weekly sales quotas.
• High customer/client satisfaction.

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• At least 6 months of prior sales, retail, telecom, or marketing experience is preferred.
• Demonstrated product knowledge and strong communication, presentation, interpersonal, and problem‑solving skills.
• Integrity, commitment to customer satisfaction, and ability to work independently.
• Excellent prioritization and multitasking in a fast‑paced environment.
• Availability to work weekends, evenings, and high‑demand retail holidays.
• Ability to maintain customer confidentiality.

• Average 32+ hours per week.
• Scheduled during high‑traffic times: weekdays, weekends, and select holidays.
• Hourly pay: $24.00.
• Competitive weekly pay, quarterly bonus, and next‑day pay via Daily Pay.
