Position Summary: Goodwill of the Olympics & Rainier Region has been in the business of changing lives for over 95 years. We provide free job training to people with barriers to employment. This role is a volunteer opportunity.

Qualified Volunteer:

• Exceptional analytical, judgment, decision-making and communication skills
• Superior coaching, leadership and interpersonal skills, including the ability to build understanding and consensus

Language

Skills:

Ability to speak effectively before groups of customers or employees.

Physical Demands: The volunteer is regularly required to sit, talk, hear and type; occasionally stand, walk, reach, and lift up to 10 pounds.

Work Environment: Noise level moderate.
