What you’ll be doing :- Providing friendly and helpful service to every customer, every time
- Helping shoppers find the perfect products for gifts, decorating & celebrations
- Staying organized and adaptable during huge trading events like Click Frenzy, Black Friday, Cyber Monday & Boxing Day
- Contributing to sales and supporting your team to smash seasonal targets
- Working across registers, replenishment, and customer queries in a fast-paced environment
- You love the festive energy of retail and thrive in a busy environment
- Retail or customer service experience is a bonus, but a positive attitude is a must!
- Flexible to work weekends, late nights & extended trading hours during peak
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Quick to learn and ready to help wherever needed
